Customers can cancel their service request within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Any cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to a partial deduction depending on administrative or material costs incurred.

  • If the service was not provided due to company error or scheduling issue.
  • If the pest control service did not take place due to uncontrollable company reasons (e.g., weather conditions, unavailability of technicians).
  • If the customer has made a duplicate payment by mistake.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Once the pest control service has been initiated or completed, the service fee is non-refundable.
  • No refund will be issued for dissatisfaction arising from unrealistic expectations or conditions beyond our control (e.g., reinfestation due to poor hygiene or unsealed entry points).

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
