3. Appointments & Scheduling

4. Payments & Invoices

- Advance payments made for bookings are non-refundable if cancellations occur within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
